Arcs was born from a personal experience. One evening in 2018, while cooking dinner, my wife, a talented violinist, nearly lost her index finger in a kitchen accident. As we rushed to the local urgent care, we expected immediate attention, only to be met with a familiar delay: "You'll be called when the provider is ready." Holding my anxious wife, I realized how crucial timely care is, as we waited for 45 agonizing minutes.
Fortunately, the attending provider was exceptional, and my wife recovered quickly, returning to the stage within weeks. However, the experience left me contemplating the "what ifs": What if the provider hadn't been available? What if we had waited longer? This incident inspired me to create Arcs Health, driven by the vision of eliminating unnecessary wait times and allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care rather than administrative burdens.
With a background in healthcare IT, I'm passionate about contributing to the healthcare industry's shift toward personalized, value-based care. At Arcs Health, we offer a supportive partnership model designed to alleviate the pressures of running a practice.
