Rob is a seasoned deal advisory professional with over 30 years of public accounting experience, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. His expertise spans business and financial due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, market assessment, and transaction structuring. Over his career, he has effectively advised numerous financial and strategic buyers on domestic and international transactions, with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $25 billion.

Before retiring in 2020, Rob led the Transaction Services Service Line at KPMG's U.S. Deal Advisory practice for roughly 11 years. He has built a diverse industry experience that includes consumer products, manufacturing, retail and distribution, restaurants, telecommunications and technology within positions at Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A holder of a BS in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the Columbia University School of Business, Rob's academic foundations are as robust as his professional credentials.
